Good Gallery with over 100 movies Direct Download

i'm starting in the XXX webmastering, and the most important for me in this moment is TRAFFIC.
And i don't undersant why nobody would like trade with me...Then I have a good site with a lot of movies in direct download. 3k hits/day. But i never had mor that.
And the website content no pop up, no dialer...
